I praise God for this great opportunity to share my testimony and 46 years of ministry experience with you through this website.
I bring greetings from Persis Sekhar, my only beloved wife for 38 years, daughter Ruth Shirley, son-in-law Dr. Santosh and grand son Allen and grand daughter Jessica. My son G.Billy Judson his wife Saritha Judson and Grand daughter Bernice Judson from the ministries of Good News Baptist Church, Good News Bible College & Seminary and Good News Film Ministry.
I was born in 1950 to God fearing parents at a small village, Marapaguntla- Andhra Pradesh, South India. I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Savior at the age of 20, according to I John 1:9. I am committed to my call that entire India should know Christ. India should not perish because India is in the Bible. Esther 1:1. In the days of Ahasuerus reigned from India even unto Ethiopia. India is the second largest nation on the earth, with people speaking 14 major languages and many dialects. Its really sad to say that there are still millions of them, who never heard the name of Jesus at least once in their life. India contains more unreached people than any other nation in the world and worship 3000 million god's and goddesses.
Through Gospel Literature
In obedience to God's call, in 1971, I endeavored in taking the printed Gospel tracks house to house, street by street and village after village, systematically. Thus covering 3000 villages in Andhra Pradesh, Orissa and Andaman Nicobar Islands and it took me 15 long years.
Through film ministry
In 1986, the Lord inspired me with heavy burden to reach the millions of unreached perishing people through Gospel Films. 85 % people of the rural areas are illiterates, who can not read or write. With an announcement 100's of people used to come and watch the Gospel films and hear the message of salvation. I was able to create the awareness of Christ and do the in depth follow up work for those who sought to know more about Jesus, village by village. This has been practically proved to be very effective in reaching the unreached people groups. This ministry continued for 13 years.
vision for theological education
In 1999, the Spirit of God moved me about the need of equipping saints for the ministry, Eph 4 11- 12, that is, to provide theological training to lay men, employees, evangelists, church elders, church leaders and untrained Pastors aged between 30 to 85 years. These resource persons and productive mission workers are very informative to their own community and prominent persons in the house of God. In India, 90 % of the rural Pastors are untrained who never had been to a Bible College. We believe that character development is a legitimate concern towards the biblical perspective. This reflects in the word of God Acts 20 : 28 -30 as well as the urge that Saint Paul felt.
I felt, I had to write and urge you to content for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints. Jude 3.
The study program is designed for 1 to 5 years, evening college, Monday to Saturday, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The study program is compiled by Pastor Vincent Sawyer, Faith Baptist Institute, Queens, New York. We started with 60 students at our church and the Lord blessed the College and the first batch of 60 graduates were committed and sent out to the mission fields. Subsequently, we have a very tremendous response from this kind of study program.
During the past 18 years, this program has recorded excellent and remarkable growth in the number of Colleges now being 46 teaching locations, with 13,890 students graduated by the end of 2017. By God's grace all the local Churches are cooperating with us and sending their Church members and elders to study God's word. Gradually, the methodology is been accepted by the main Churches and slowly spread to different Towns and Cities in India.
finances
We are totally independent and self supported. The money we raise from the students is nominal and sufficient for the colleges to run, as we do not want to make it for commercial purpose. My appeal to the Church, all these 37 years of my ministry I never thought of buying a piece of land to construct a Church or Bible College, till today. I myself do not have one inch of Land of my own or for the ministry on this earth. I had to depend on rental buildings and unable to pay the huge rents on time and faced various problems regularly.

STATEMENT OF FAITH - OUR FAITH IS NOT NEGOTIABLE
With an unreserved commitment to a grammatico, historical, hermeneutic of the Bible, the "Good News Bible Seminary" a protestant, Baptist College, shall continue to believe the following doctrine of the Christian Faith: -
BIBLIOLOGY
Plenary verbal inspiration of the Scriptures of the old and New Testaments in the original, their inerrancy and
infallibility and their supreme authority in Faith and Practice.
THEOLOGY
Trinity of the Godhead-Father, Son and Holy spirit co-eternal, coequal and co-essential.
CHRISTOLOGY
Essential, eternal and full Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His incarnation by the virgin birth, absolute Holiness,
vicarious, atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension to heaven and His uniqueness
as the Lord and Saviour of Man kind.
PNEUMATOLOGY
Personality and full deity of the Holy Spirit, Baptism of the Spirit, indwelling, sealing and anointing in the New Birth.
Necessity of the filling of the spirit, for sanctification and service and total repudiation of the modern charismatic
emphases.
SOTERIOLOGY
Salvation by God's sovereign grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and eternal security of the believer in Christ.
ECCLESIOLOGY
Dispensational distinction between Israel and the Church, Baptism by immersion, separation from apostasy in
Principle and practice and the imperativeness of the Great Commission.
ESCHATOLOGY
Pre-millennia second coming of Christ, imminent pre-tribulational rapture of the Church, resurrection of the dead,
eternal blessedness of the saved in Heaven and eternal damnation of the unsaved in hell.
Life-On-Life Discipleship
Our whole program is built on the principle of discipleship.
Students should expect to experience authentic community and be challenged to apply Scripture to their lives for exemplary living.
Our discipleship program isbased largely on the work of the Association of Biblical Counselors.
Outdoor Gospel Mission
We give opportunity to share the gospel in public through outdoor gospel mission. We also create a platform for
the people who never stood up and shared the word of God to a group, even though they attend a Church for
their entire life time. We encourage our students to establish house Churches- after attending their regular
Sunday worship service. They adopt a place where there is no Church, on a Sunday evening starting with a
house Church.
Faculty
The faculty at Good News Bible College and Seminary is on a mission to train men and women who have made
a life-commitment to fulfill the last command of Christ, the Great Commission. Math 28:16-20. The greatest
asset of a theological seminary is not its beautiful buildings but the quality of its faculty. Our goals are to teach
students in a program of study how to spread the Gospel of Christ, help new believers become a vital part of the
Church, the Body of Christ and teach growing Christians how to know, obey, and glorify God in every
dimension of life.
Our faculty is committed to sound scholarship and absolute loyalty to God's inerrant and
infallible Word. The faculty's goal is to embrace a biblical balance for life and ministry in the subjects being
taught. The seminary faculty have earned degrees from a variety of Bible fundamental Institutions and possess
years of ministry experience. We believe equipping servant leaders is best accomplished by servant leaders who
themselves combine biblical scholarship with actual experience in the work of the ministry. We are in need of
more eminent professors to come and teach in our Bible Colleges in India.

The Benefits of Seminary to All Believers
Our heart is to prepare men and women with practical skills workshops, leadership opportunity, accountability
learning and through masterful understanding of the scriptures to be better ministers of the Gospel in every walk
of life. Graduates are pastors, teachers, nurses, engineers, business men, bankers, Government employees,
farmers, fathers, mothers, husbands and spouses.
The Government of India recognized our services by giving
Certified Licenses for our graduates to perform Marriages, Baptism and Funeral Services. Equipped to minister
the Gospel to the people around them and live an exemplary life in the society. Eph 4:11-12.
How You Can Be Involved
a. Prayer: We covet your prayers as God continues to mould our program effectively to reap the harvest of
souls. We have been praying that the Lord will supply all our needs, according to His riches. My studies at
Shepherds Theological Seminary helps me, for a step forward to a greater ministry in India.
We need more people to be involved in this great mission work and a single person cannot tarry it for a
longer time- Dr. Jaya Sekhar – Age 64. My father’s with 44 years of ministry experience, his methodology in
implementing to develop the ministry is by Faith and should continue by Faith alone. Amen
c. Good News Bible College and Seminary does not have any property or assets. It does not even have an office
of its own. The employees are my mother and sometimes volunteers who come forward to help us during an
event. We rent our home and an office room. All our seminary classes are totally rented in private schools or
colleges which help us to cut down the cost and in-turn have a good class room atmosphere and facilitates.
d. Since we do not have a permanent building of our own, we are constantly on the lookout for a new premises
in the event of being asked to vacate. Due to this urgent need, we are constrained to submit our prayer request
for your kind support to build a Church building and seminary classrooms in Hyderabad, India.
Praise God for all these years the way the Lord has been graciously working through my Father in
administrating these 33 Bible schools and also attending graduations every month throughout India. The results
are incredible, but having our own premises is always an added advantage and relieved of tension of renting an
accommodation and concentrate on the ministry which the Lord has entrusted to us.
1. We pray for Church and Administration building in Hyderabad, India.
2. Our desire is to start a regular day college, simultaneously.
3. Block Saturday- full day classes. A special study program for the Christian Employees who work during
the night in Multinational Companies.
4. This will help us to penetrate into the large developed corporates in Hyderabad and later to establish this
in major Cities- Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore.
5. To have a Biblical counseling center to face the upcoming clash of cultures, and the ecclesiastical
